FOR OPTIMAL USE: Always ensure your feet are dry or dried off. File rough spots like heel or big toe with coarse side, and always be sure to use fine side to smooth skin. Can be used prior to soaking or after soaking to remove dead skin. If after soaking, make sure to dry feet.
TO CLEAN: Using a small brush and mild soap to scrub away dead skin particles. Rinse with water and pat dry. Always store file dry. Be sure to clean after each use.
