Our Slay Mama Lactation supplement uses centuries-old galactagogues (AKA, supportive milk-boosting herbs), like Fenugreek and organic Blessed Thistle, to help support a mother's milk supply. Fenugreek has been a well-loved herb and spice in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Indian, and North African foods and has a syrupy maple scent. It is also a powerhouse in helping increase a mother's milk supply. Mothers can typically see an increase in supply within 24 to 72 hours, but for some, it might take up to two weeks.
