Affordable ceramic straightener

By now most of us know that when using heat styling tools we need to opt for ceramic ones to minimize damage. The problem is that ceramic tools tend to be expensive, but not so anymore! Whitening toothpaste

There’s no denying the efficacy of Crest White Stripes – they’re miracle workers – but unfortunately they only work for those who don’t have sensitive teeth. As much as we want pearly whites, the stinging of the stripes is too much for our teeth to bear so we were happy to try out a sample of Luster’s White 7. It’s whitening toothpaste so it’s completely pain-free and it was developed by Dentovations, the world’s largest supplier of private label tooth whitening products. It’s a bit chalkier than the Crest toothpaste we’re used to and it’s not as markedly effective as White Stripes, but we’ve only been using it for about two weeks (with a Sonicare toothbrush), and can already tell a difference.

The paste has seven whitening ingredient and 45 essentials oils imported from France. Moreover it’s the first periodontal toothpaste that has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and holist healing properties and no worries given the recent news that some places will stop fluoriding their water, because White 7 is infused with fluoride to fight cavities.

Trick, treat, or lip gloss?

We love dressing up our kids for Halloween and we could spend hours sorting through costumes with them (even if they loose interest after a few minutes…). In fact, if we looked half as adorable as they did in their get-ups we’d put on cushiony strawberry, bee, or frog costumes in a second! Alas, Halloween is a holiday best for the young (or those who don’t fear what OD’ing on candy corn will do to their waistline and blood-sugar levels…), but that doesn’t mean we can’t partake in the fun. Thanks to Philosophy we can lather ourselves with caramel candy corn, pumpkin orange, and tangerine cider body wash and smooth crispy marshmallow bars, candy corn, and caramel apple high-gloss lip gloss on our lips….and we thought Starbucks’ holiday drinks had serious yum factor.

Even better, the kids are all getting together at a friend’s house for a festive family gathering and we can’t think of something better to bring than one of Philosophy’s ready-to-gift Halloween sets and, of course [...]

Remember a few years ago when the thought of splurging on a neck cream seemed beyond ridiculous? Who needs a neck cream, we smirked, just use your face or body cream. Age brings all kinds eye-opening occurrences and, unfortunately, one of them is chicken neck. With that we gave Murad’s Rejuvenating Lift for Neck Décolleté a whirl.

Based on clinical studies it promises a 42% increase in firmness after a single application and after four weeks claims to improve texture and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
