A good snack AND mantra
We’ll admit we had a little bone to pick with Think Thin when we first read about them. The media does a horrible job as is at pushing an unhealthy lifestyle - the bars really should be called Think Healthy. That said, the importance of positive thinking can never be understated and for that we kind of love the idea of “thinking thin.” Is that so wrong? I mean who are we kidding we do want to wave goodbye to our love handles and thinking thin can’t hurt. Plus it sure makes you feel better than thinking fat! Not yet convinced well - at the very least - the brand’s bars actually are health conscious and in line with a healthy diet.
They’re not all low calorie, but the ones that tip the over 200 calorie mark are dense and filling. Plus they’re super low on sugar (if they have sugar at all), while satisfying your sweet tooth and packing your body with protein and fiber.
We’ve been eating AND thinking thin and all we can say is that we’ve been feeling better ever since.
Dish with us: Do you believe in the power of positive thinking?
