A top selling Champagne
Lanson, the 250-year-old Champagne maker that’s long been one of Britain’s top sellers – not to mention the preferred French sparkling at Wimbledon – is perhaps one of the biggest names in the biz you may not have heard of (and it’s a shame!).
We had a chance to sample their Brut Rosé on a recent evening and the pale salmon color bubbling delight, with its rose and berry aroma, was the perfect amuse-bouche to kick off our evening. While it works beautifully on its own pair it with some strawberries and it’s pure heaven…exactly what you need to forget the fact that you woke with your kids’ gum in your hair.
Dish with us: What’s your favorite way to kick off a dinner party?
