Get red carpet nails
Remember the good ‘ol days when we didn’t know that chest-area wrinkles were even possible and hair-loss was (in our mind) a worry that only men had to deal with? Oy. At least we could always count on a relaxing mani-pedi. Now however nail lacquer choices are so vast that it seems like the only thing that changes faster than fashion trends, are nail trends. Celebs have been ditching the neutral and going for big and bold tips on the red carpet (and not just the crimson red we usually opt for ourselves). Stay one step ahead of the game with Revlon’s newest creation, Scents of Summer Nail Enamel collection.
They sound kind of kooky, but these scented, shimmering shades are infused with some of our favorite summertime scents like Cotton Candy, Beach, and Ocean Breeze. Best of all our daughters liked the luscious colors and the prospect of perfumed finger nails just as much as we did – who can resists some mother-and-daughter bonding? Plus sitting here sniffing our Peach Smoothie-scented nails totally makes us feel like little girls again – priceless.
All Revlon nail enamels have been free of DBP, Toluene, and Formaldehyde since 1992 – but hurry up, these are limited edition only and with a retail price of just over $4 they won’t be sitting smelly on the shelves for long.
Dish with us: what’s your favorite mother-daughter bonding activity?
