We’re all more body-conscious come bikini (or as we like to call it Spanx Swimsuit), season, but really we should be focused on stocking healthy snacks in the kitchen year-round. Giving in to Fruit Roll-Up demands is tempting when the little ones seem to have boundless energy to nag, but give them a roll of Fruitabu, with its cutesy packaging and delicious flavor instead and we bet they’ll be just happy (and you can check-off one of their required daily servings of fruit). Here are 10 other guilt-less healthy snacks.

1. Revolution Foods: Like Shrek, Revolution Foods’ products are aimed towards kids, but made with parents in mind. Not only do we love the brand because they’re on a mission to improve school lunches around the country (a la Jamie Oliver), but their snacks – especially their Jammy Sammy are the best sandwich bar we’ve ever tasted.

2. Bear Naked Peak Granola: Made with all-natural, real whole grains, a crunch-yet-smooth texture and no artificial flavors, cholesterol, hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup, we’ve come to swear by a handful of Bear Naked’s Peak granola to boost our energy for those early morning REV classes.

3. Falafel Chips: We love a falafel as much as the next person, but there’s no denying that when we eat one, our stomach doesn’t let us forget it for the next two days (what is it about chick peas and its lingering heaviness?). Luckily we not only don’t have that problem with the gluten-free, USDA Organic, vegetarian, trans-fat free chip iteration, which are not only flavorfully original, but the spicy version actually has a wasabi-like cleansing effect.

4. Pop Chips: They’re a bit on the salty side, but when it comes to quenching a Lays craving you won’t find a more satisfyingly healthy alternative than these fat-free, un-fried, “popped” (via heat and pressure), chips.

5. Sea’s Gift Korean Seaweed Snack: The little ones always get a kick out of the texture, flavor, and color of these low calorie treats. Lightly salted, they’re loaded with minerals and vitamins.

6. CalNaturale Svelte Protein Drink: With flavors like Cappuccino and Chocolate those who have trouble meeting their daily requirements of fiber and protein can finally breathe a sigh of relieve. Did we mention the packaging which comes emblazoned with positive words like “looking good” and “hello beautiful”?

7. Kashi GoLean Chewy Bars: There’s no arguing that Kashi revolutionized healthy snacking. We’re especially fond of their chewy bars – who knew you could get 20% of your daily recommended about of protein and 24% of the fiber you need from something with a Cookies n’ Cream flavor?

8. Metro Mint: Starting off your morning with a bottle of water is a great way to wake-up your system. Hit two birds with one stone with Metro Mint and freshen your breath with their various iterations that range from peppermint to chocolatemint – all made with real, fresh, flavorful mint.

9. SunMaid Cookie Mix: We wish we had the time to make them from scratch, but when in a pinch, skip the Pillsbury and Nestle and opt for SunMaid’ s Cookie Mix. We love their suggestions of adding shredded carrots for moistness and nutrition and using applesauce instead of butter.

10. Kashi GoLean Crunchy Bars: When the little ones are begging for Milk Duds and Cheetos unwrap one of these Crunchy Bars — we’re partial to Chocolate Pretzel – and we can pretty much guarantee everyone will end up with a smile.
