Easy recipe for snacks and brown bag lunches
Multi-purpose is so important to us multi-tasking moms. Here’s a healthy, filling food idea that can go from home snack to school lunch and more—sounds scrumptious, right? And you haven’t even heard the ingredients yet.
Plus, not only will your kids will be the envy at the school lunch table with this yogurt-jam swirl (looks as pretty as it is yummy) but they’ll also hang with you at the table noshing on it (and chatting about they’re day—say it isn’t so!) when they get home.

Lemon Berry Yogurt Dip
Serves 4 to 6
Prep time: 10 minutes
2 cups vanilla yogurt
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup of strawberry or raspberry jam
Assorted fresh fruit for dipping
In a small bowl, combine yogurt with lemon juice and zest.
Place jam in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 30 seconds to soften.
Place yogurt in a serving dish or individual containers and drizzle jam on top. Stick the handle side of a spoon or fork into the yogurt and make a zig-zag to swirl the yogurt and jam.
