Sexy and green candles

When we’re feeling frumpy, obsessing over our love handles, and looking anything but sexy in our stained-tee and sweats, sometimes all it takes is a small act – like lighting a candle – to lift us out of our rut (or at the very least boost our mood a little bit…baby steps!).

JimmyJane’s motto is “Live Sexy,” and as such all of their candles have aphrodisiac scents and double as massage oil. They’ve just launched a special limited edition Absinthe and Sugar Water candle, which we love because of its stark black packaging and it joins their staple line-up of delectably scented Ember candles (think Truffle+Gardenia and Honeysuckle+Clover). Each candle is formulated with natural spa-grade ingredients, has an invigorating scent, and heats the wax to the perfect temperature for you to be able to use the candle as a massage or moisturizing oil post burning it. Among the good-for-your-skin goodies in the formulation are Jojoba, Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Soy, Aloe and other botanicals.

The candles are also paraffin and lead-free, have a natural cotton wick, burn for 72 hours, and come in a reusable matte black porcelain container.

Who knew being green could be so olfactory stimulating?
