Effective resistance training
As women we’re programmed to think “cardio cardio cardio” when it comes to our fitness routine, but the truth is resistance training is just as important. And no, you won’t bulk up. It is true, as we learned firsthand from Tracy Anderson however, that lifting heavy weights does not age well meaning that if you have a body that is prone to “bulking up,” it’s best to opt for body weight and low resistance work.
